However, the role of cold water on our body is crucial. You read that right: frigid showers. This is the one you dread taking in the morning when you’re the last one up. Thus, you might discover that you enjoy how you feel after taking one if you give it a fair try.


This is not to ignore the benefit of using hot water but it’s to emphasis on the importance of cold water. Remembered skin pores, right? The cuticles and pores are likely to become tighter after taking a cold shower. Also, it blocks dirt from entering the skin and scalp pores by sealing them.


Therefore, the skin’s natural oils won’t wash away. This is why professional skin care beauty would advise you to wash your face with cold or warm water after using their products.

In a typical Nigeria home, the sudden feeling of cold water on your body gives you an early morning signal. There is some shock when cold spray touches your body. This shock heightens your breathing, heartbeat, and alertness. Thus, your blood circulation increases.
