Anaerobic Exercise

Unlike aerobic exercise, anaerobic activity does not require oxygen for energy. This is to increase strength, power, and muscle mass. Do you want your man to grow six-packs and abs? Then this is the most convenient exercise for him.


However, because of its high-intensity activity, it must not last over two minutes. They are useful in using fewer calories and have fewer positive effects on cardiovascular condition.


Examples of anaerobic exercise include sprinting, weightlifting, training intervals, and intense rope skipping.




Now, we know how important exercise is to our body system. However, you need to know the risk you are taking if you don’t exercise. Don’t you think? A lot of health problems are caused by not exercising. This health disease includes diabetes type2, cancer, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular condition.


Plus, it can cause the possibility of dying young from any cause, including problems associated with obesity and overweight.


Research has made it known that more than 2 in 3 adults in the US are overweight or obese. This is not to condemn any body type; however, excessive obesity can lead to a higher risk of serious health problems.



Therefore, they must consciously exercise their body to become fit.
